Hotel Lidar - Bilbao

Clean room with good Wi-Fi and quick check-in. Air conditioning struggled a bit.

A simple hotel with a good choice of well-equipped and air-conditioned rooms to relax in. Best possible location, very local area. Only 10 minutes walk from Bilbao centre...

There's noticeable street noise that can keep you awake at night!!! The thin walls let in a bit too much sound from neighboring rooms!!!

The room had a clean, functional layout. I loved that the bed was comfortable. The staff were efficient and helpful. They spoke excellent English, made communication smooth. I also enjoyed the nice pastry shop just a five-minute walk away for quick breakfast options. There were some downsides. The soundproofing wasn't great. Street noise was quite bothersome at times. The shower gel being in sachets felt a bit cheap, and the second set of bedsheets I received didn't smell fresh. The ramps in the hotel caught me off guard, and the slippery shower floor was a concern without handrails.

Check-in was super quick and efficient.

Just spent a night at Lidar and loved the spacious room with a comfy bed! Check-in was super quick, and the nearby supermarket made grabbing snacks easy. I noticed some street noise. It was a nice stay!

The shower was downright heavenly! I reckon I took my time in there every mornin'. The staff treated us like family, bless their hearts. Only little hiccup was the street noise at night, but it didn't totally ruin things. Pretty close to the heart of the city too, which sure was a bonus!

We really enjoyed the spacious rooms and convenient access to the nearby parks, perfect for the grandkids to play. The hotel had a nice vibe, and we found a good little café around the corner that baked fresh pastries every morning.

My wife says that the bathroom lacked enough shelving for toiletries.

The staff were friendly and accommodating were great. Plus, there was ample shower gel provided, which I appreciated during my quick trip.

I encountered a minor inconvenience with the power supply in the room, as it turned off when I removed the keycard.

The room was like our own rental apartment, perfect for relaxation. We loved visiting a nearby music venue and enjoying local cafes. Wi-Fi worked great, and the quick check-in was a bonus. Definitely recommend this place for a fun group getaway.

One downside was the noise from outside. It affected our sleep at times, so be prepared for that.

Spacious rooms with large, comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep. The kitchenette was a nice touch for longer stays, and I enjoyed hot waffles in the morning, a delicious perk! Street noise was quite noticeable, which disrupted my rest at times, and the lack of shelving in the bathroom was an inconvenience.

The bed was good and the staff were very helpful and spoke excellent english. It kinda exceeded my expectations during my previous visit to bilbao.

The staff were friendly and helpful even with my limited spanish. The location is perfect, close to many attractions and transport. The room was clean and came with a kitchenette which could be useful for longer stays 😊
